At Saint and Sofia, we want you to love your items; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your order within 28 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all garment tags still attached.

Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the delivery note is included inside to help our team identify your order.
Ship the Parcel
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
